So, this does apply to other addons, even addons from your marketplace. Now I know that you have Guidelines for Addons to be allowed on the marketplace and that if an Addon if doing this, you wouldn’t put it on the marketplace. This is not an addon issue, this is a device issue. Weaker devices can handle it better then an Xbox, that is not right.
Now reading this, you blame the server and the addons and to contact the creator, now that is funny as Minecraft themselves has addons too. And guess what, it happens to those as well. Doesn’t matter if it is new or old, it still has the same come.
This definitely sounds like a device issue rather then a server or addon issue. So do what you need to do and fix this before you get other users mad about it.
