[MCPE-224579] 1.21.90 Broke pack downloading for Xbox

After the 1.21.90 Update Xbox Series X and Even Xbox One X have been unable to download packs for my realm & Server.
Testing has been done across multiple platforms. PS5 Mobile and PC have encountered no issues. and download the packs and load everything just fine.
packs on Series X have been noticed to heavily increase the cached size of the packs. One example on disk the Pack in the image PixelAdven Dynamax Pack is only 14.8MB on mobile the size is consistent while on Xbox platforms especially Series X the cache size is almost 10x larger which i believe is ultimately the reason it either crashes on join or the player joins and none of the entity textures or models load for any entity but the entities are present in the world and are interactable.
This is not a pack issue on my end as prior to 1.21.90 the devices in question had no issues joining the realm/server and everything rendered with 0 issues.

this is a serious issue and needs to be addressed.

Its also been noticed that upon leaving the realm/server if able to join the main home screen glitches out and text on buttons becomes invisible.

says it downloads all the packs but than this happens when i join had none of these issues prior to the addition of Vibrant Visuals. I dont use the toggle and it still occurs for multiple platforms

closed and rejoin and download the packs again then it looks like this. You guys clearly changed something when the Vibrant Visuals update was added. And its having a major negative effect on players ability to join my realm

after some more testing on Xbox One X reducing the resolution down to 720p, turning off 4k and HDR10 allowed it to join multiple times with no issues, however Series X doing the same thing with the settings doesn't allow everything to load from the addon. Will note PC, Mobile, PS5 and PS4 and for some Series S are not experiencing issues either.

Its quite clear that for whatever reason you guys altered the download capabilities of Xbox and limited or altered its maximum storage for whatever reason. This needs to be addressed. You claimed in the most recent patch to have fixed this issue for PlayStation yet seemed to have ignored this issue for Xbox entirely. So whatever yall changed needs to be put back

This is absolutely ridiculous not a single dev or anything has responded nor acknowledged this issue in weeks. As I have stated this issue was not present at all prior to the official release of the Vibrant Visuals update to bedrock. No device gave any download issues or anything of this kind so it's clearly not a pack issue. Yall need to get off your rear ends and fix this.

Have also just personally confirmed that even the OLED Switch can join the world and download the packs just fine and it's not even the switch 2 either. It's quite sad that every other platform is fine and you all have screwed up Xbox royally. Good job Devs!!!!

Thank you for your report!

However, this issue is Invalid.
Your game, launcher or server is modified.
If you can reproduce the issue in a vanilla environment, please recreate the issue.

Any non-standard client/server/launcher build needs to be taken up with the appropriate team, not Mojang.
Any plugin issues need to be addressed to the creator of the plugin or resource pack.
If you have problems on large servers like Hypixel, please contact them first as they run modified server software.

You have also ignored and not addressed the statement of the fact on console the size of the cached addons skyrocket in size. Yet all other devices keep the the actual size of the addons. Giving the assumption thats its due to the astronomical cache that is causing it to fail to load

I don't not play other servers/realms with large addons. As ive stated multiple times there were no device issues prior to the Vibrant Visuals update. And Xbox is the only affected platform. Should it be an addon related issue than every device would be affected not just a single one. There is nothing broken with the addon as im the owner of said addons.

I even went through the process of splitting the addons up and it loaded them just fine till it got to a certain amount of data being downloaded
