Confirmed in 1.2.10. Not just in iphone but in realms which affected xbox one. The despawn no matter how small the pen is and it happens when logging back in to realms sometimes. Seems way random but this should absolutely be a priority bug fix. Cant even justify paying realms with mobs in pens dissapearing ALL the time. Fences completely around but i have one sheep in a ditch 2x1 that hasnt despawned at all. This is thee worst. 8 cows and 7 despawned on 3 different occasions. Interacted with them fine.
Actually I reinstalled minecraft and all is fixed except for netherack part
