It is likely not the main issue but you can reduce the load on your RAM by closing all your unused Chrome windows as well as other applications. (Chrome is a ram intensive application) Also please verify that your Monitor is plugged into the GPU video out not the motherboard. Your CPU does have integrated grapics and will give performance similar to what has been mentioned. Seems simple but is a common mistake.
