-stand in open door (hinge towards you, let's say opening to the right)

-press forward + right (towards the door) so that you slide very slowly back
-keep right mouse button pressed while sliding back to constantly open/close doors
-when the corner of block is reached you are stuck

Orientation of the door does not matter, it works with doors facing every direction. Once stuck it's very difficult to get out as moving the mouse or placing any blocks is impossible. I once got out by holding forward for few minutes.
