[MC-140632] New village creates strange terrain over oceans

The bug

Village extends outside the island into the ocean and spawns ground underneath the buildings. The result is bizarre and very unrealistic as shown on the attached screenshots.

I disagree. I like how the terrain is generated for this village. The new structure's generation is really clean in my opinion. We don't need realisticness in minecraft, just beautiful things. And the way the terrain is generated under the village is nice.

I think it's fine but they generate with sand blocks that fall into the ocean
