First you have to run the OculusSetup.exe, you'll see 4 options, select Uninstall (this will uninstall everything, you'll have to redownload and reinstall all your games, I have like 82 games and slow internet 😞 so this was painful, I just reinstalled Robo Recall and my saves are still there so that's nice)
Once everything is uninstalled, you'll have to run OculusSetup.exe again, install Oculus to your C: drive. After all that is done, download and install minecraft on your C: drive. After Minecraft is installed I went to my settings and added a new Library location and added my E: drive and made it my default but only after I installed minecraft on my C: drive.
It's annoying but it worked for me.
Edit: I should mention that you have to uninstall the Oculus app, just doing a reinstall didn't work for me.
