I think it was meant, but you can blame Adamzoneandtopmarks for making the bug or what ever it is known. They call it a nuke/Missle. I do hope they remove/fix it though, I think TNT carts are OP, and they need to be more like normal TnT.

That report is focused on the shadows not being on the blocks, not under the blocks.
