Having exact same issue as Bob described above. Server has been reset multiple times, tried uninstalling and reinstalling on pc, removing and adding server to list, still not working. Able to access all public servers. Signed on to Microsoft account and turned "You can join multiplayer games" option off and then back on. Still not able to join.
