Basically, you need to know where you signed out last because your character is loading in at that spot. But not fully. Have someone splash you with lots of harming potions. Once you die you will fully load in. Good luck!

I'm having this issue too on ps4. Stuck on building terrain. I've unplugged everything. I've uninstalled and reinstalled. Players in th realm tell me that I show in the player list but I'm not in the world.
