I have this exact same bug as well, so it might be a duplicate too.

Please move to the MCPE pe project, this is for the bedrock dedicated server.

Have you tried logging in and out of your xbox live account?

Can you provide more info? Is the port open?

Are you remotely connecting to it? Is it on the same network as you?
Are you connecting internally or externally? 

Just to confirm, does this happen in a world, or only on that dedicated server?

Does this issue only happen on the dedicated server?
Test it in a world and a server, do you get the same result?

Try posting on your respective platform, This does not relate to BSD as far as i am aware.

Does this relate to a Dedicated server?

Does this only happened when joining a Dedicated Server?

You should report this on something besides the dedicated server bug form.
