This is how our successful backups have been going there are many unsuccessful (0.00mb files) in between these ones. I have been trying to make sure to do a world dl with every successful backup so we dont have to much of a roll back if it resets our world like it did yesterday.

Faulty, I have been keeping tabs on back ups for our realm I am finding that they are not successful while players are in game but once the realm is empty it does a successful back up.

We have a few players that are not able to play due to this.

This is a pain in the ass. It needs fixed asap please! I have spent most my day today watching back ups and doing downloads to prevent game play from being lost. We had to do a 10hr roll back becuse it reset our world to an empty seed. It's not been fun.
