I have similar, when trying to renew my realm I get the "Product not found" error.
I'm using bedrock on Windows 10. It's a bit of an old realm that I haven't played for a while that I wanted to renew and play on again. Trying to renew though the minecraft win 10 app.
Edit: I saw on the help page that you can't extend anymore, and you should make a new realm and copy the world. So i tried making a new realm (realm plus), but get the same "product not found" error. I also uninstalled and reinstalled the MC app, but that didn't help either.
