I do not know if you have windows 10 or not, but I do and my father suspects that my issue is with the memory on my computer. It turns out that I have 8g of RAM and you need a minimum amount of 16g to run windows 10. I also had other things running in the background using up the memory and that (allegedly) prevents me from loading up past the Mojang screen. My father said he will get me the extra gigs soon and we will see if that really is the issue here.
I suggest you look into the amount of memory you are using as well as defrag-ing your disk if necessary- that could also help.
I will post an update when I get the extra RAM- as that may actually be the problem, but until then I wish you luck.
