@Smita- Did you read the bug description? It happens with all 4 different texture packs I've tried. Syclone acknowledged that it was a bug, but one that the Marketplace creators can't fix on their end.
This is still happening on Xbox One X in version 1.16.1 - Have to reapply my chosen global resource pack each and every time I start the game. It always reverts back to default whenever I close the game. Still.
It isn't fixed for me as of 1.13.
This issue is listed under Windows 10/ PC as the platform so I just want to make sure that you understand that I'm on XBOX ONE X and having this issue. I'm attaching a clip showing what happens every time. As the game loads up it says, "Loading Resource Pack" but then just goes to the default settings. It won't let me upload a clip long enough to show how I go to settings and load up my preferred global resource pack after this and then if I turn off the game or play something else I have to do this all again the next time I start Minecraft.
I just attached a short clip of a small pond in my Xbox One X survival playthrough showing just how many Drowned have spawned in a very small area. It makes it kind of hard to explore the fantastic new ocean features ya'll have added when there's this many Drowned in the water. I'm playing on Normal difficulty. 06/10/2019
[media]I am currently having this issue on my Xbox One X. The global menu reverts back to the default settings every time I close down the game. I have to reapply my chosen resource pack each time I restart the game. This is 6/10/2019.
I can confirm that this is still a problem on the Xbox One X, and it seems to be even worse after the Aquatic Update. Drowners are about the only mobs I ever see in my survival world anymore.
This is still happening on Xbox One X as of version 1.16.20. Sometimes it deletes one created character back to Steve or Alex, sometimes it's 2 or 3 created characters back to default. 08/15/2020
