Confirmed still present in 14w34d. I most frequently see it when digging straight down or building straight up (as shown in one of Simen Graaten's videos). Specifically, when moving (jumping, falling, etc.) while a block is placed or removed, it will sometimes not be updated until another block is placed nearby or after some amount of time looking around elsewhere.
