This is still not resolved, happening in Realms on 1.16 with birch signs. Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. Just putting down coordinates also, nothing extreme.
It happens in Igloo's the village will spawn on the bed from sleeping and slowly suffocate. Usually happens when you sleep in the village. Annoying.
exact same issue im on google fiber internet and i still lag really bad. we just had a raid and it was a joke because even creature couldn't move fast.
