think it's going to be difficult to determine the root cause of that issue.
I mainly want to determine whether the workaround of uninstalling and
reinstalling the app can be tried without losing my kids' worlds.​

Luis Robles: I didn't say anything about 0.13.x. I'm not sure why this issue is invalid. As far as I can tell, 0.12.3 was released less than two weeks ago and is the current version in the iOS App Store.

My apologies if I'm not familiar with the upcoming Minecraft PE release schedule, but are you suggesting I wait to update my kids' app until 0.13.x? If it still won't update, will this issue be valid then?
