Confirmed that this occurs with the v1.2.9 update. Happens on various hardware/Android version combinations. What happens is that if the long press is held until the green bar completes it movement, one item is transfered to the furnace or chest. Then, when the press is released, a second item is moved. If the long press is released prior to completing, only one item is moved due to the press release.
