Did some more digging. Connected to wifi - crash
Wifi off - no crash!!!
No VPN
Not connected to Xbox live

Loads to the home screen and then seems to crash about 30 seconds later no matter what I try to do.
Load game - crash
Create new game - crash
Do nothing and wait 30 seconds -crash
