I believe it's because of Minimize / Out of Focus, but this this the most annoying thing in Minecraft, even for paid REALMS.
I mean, I host it or I pay for it, I should be able to disable this "auto-disconnect".

They are simple files you can create yourself. Open the file "Bedrock_server_how_to.html" in your directory to learn what to do with them, should be very easy.
