Glad to know my friend and I are not alone on this, we only saw a group of drowned spawn in 'lukewarm' ocean. We also don't see fish spawning either. :C

I can confirm that the pattern pack was the only one not working for me either after the fix got released. The only way I fixed it was by buying the pack again on windows 10 version. (Which was previously mentioned and this method fixed it for me.) Best of luck and thank you to the mods who fixed this issue for the rest of the packs!
I am also getting this issue on switch.
As already mentioned, seems like only a few mash-ups are still working. Most of the regular packs as well seem to be working except pattern pack
-fantasy, plastic, city, festive,natural all seem to work for me
( I am unsure of steampunk, candy, and fallout but Halloween -aside from its already existing sky issue, and Chinese seem to work ok for me)
This is still an issue for me on pocket edition and windows 10 edition. The sky is not what it should be (orange and purple clouds) I'm running on the new update 1.2.9.
I hope this can get fixed as the sky really does effect the amazing atmosphere the pack originally gave.
