No, I cannot reproduce this in a normal world, but the fact of the matter is that when people want to do command blocks/redstone in an air world, I don't think they'd want a bug like this.

Those 2 Hoppers(3), The Sorter(2) and The Place where the Items Go In(1) Should Be 1 Block Higher...

But just focus on the fact that the comparator does not activate when an item goes into that chest and gets sucked out immediately

I used Photoshop to highlight around the areas to show whats happening.
This is one small part of my machine I need for it to be complete ,but this part of the Machine does not work due to the bug.
