I went through 5 stacks of lapis trying to get efficiency 5 on a netherite pickaxe, but its always efficiency 4, so are you saying the wiki is wrong?

sorry i just realized what was happening: i punched a villager a bunch of times which made my popularity drop and made the iron golem mad even after death
