I'm trying to get in contact with spectral studios (Dragonfire 2 creator) to see if they can help fix the issue. It's what the Minecraft support team said to do and if that doesn't work, I'll have to get back to them on the issue. They said that since they didn't create the content, they can't really do anything about it, but they're trying to help so we'll see how it goes. If they find a solution, I will definitely post it here so it can help others.
Unfortunately, no. Mojang doesn't refund anything. I'm sorry your daughter has to go through this with us
This is getting ridiculous! I was able to play the new "Dragonfire 2: Nations" on my Xbox just fine this morning, and now that I want to play it on my switch, it says I can't install it, even when it had installed before and my system immediately crashed afterwards. I've deleted nearly all of my stuff and it still isn't letting me download it even though I have more then enough space. I think this happens when you don't have enough space to begin with and you buy a pack and try to download it. It doesn't recognize that there IS space and just assumes that there isn't. This has happened with another world I had bought and STILL can't use called "Wilderness Survivor." I've paid money for these things that I can't even play and I'm very upset with Mojang.
Ok, this resolved my issue with my bug. I still don't understand why it can't be crafted with an enchanted bow in my inventory. Maybe they'll fix it later.
