Google translates the Spanish as follows:

I think "docked" is the wrong word here. While I'm not certain exactly what the reporter means, my guess is that this partly refers to animals spawning inside leaves in jungles. They don't leave the block unless the block is destroyed or you hit them causing them to jump up out of the leaf block.
