Can’t seem to find a way to edit this post. Old minecraft.net had a different credits page, which had all of the listed sounds being attributed. There also were a couple of now deleted sounds that weren’t credited too:
It's interesting to note that most of the missing credits I've noted relate to non-commercial use of these sounds, which is not the case with Minecraft as a paid product. Given the lack of the required credit, the terms of the license have not been met, so it's likely that all of these authors probably never received compulsory royalties too. I'm not a lawyer, just someone interested in the history of the game, so I can't say or demand anything on that.

"impact_splash_water_01.wav" by m_O_m (archived, was licensed with Sampling Plus 1.0)
