Still broken as of 1.21.130
Uninstalled and deleted all associated folders that I could. Was unable to fully delete Minecraft though, the shared folder with resource and behaviour packs in it does not uninstall or manually delete.
Reinstalled from Microsoft Store, input into all text fields still broken
Still an issue as of 1.21.124. All troubleshooting done, all settings and drivers checked - still broken and making the game borderline unplayable
Same keyboard issue here, also tried a fresh install and it doesn’t wipe the files as it should. Tried the installer fix, also doesn’t work.
Screenshot attached. The white line in between the screens is from Minecraft when it’s in full screen. It doesn’t happen in windowed mode, or with other games and only started with the 1.21 update.

All drivers are up-to-date, and have been updated several times with no improvement.
Windows is up-to-date, no viruses/malware.
Never had any issues with the monitors or how they handle full screen games
