I have contacted Apple, who will do nothing. They said my only recourse (even though this is well over $100 in purchases) is to contact Mojang. I've opened a case to have it closed and moved here. I've emailed Helen and heard nothing back. And the purchases and coins are all still missing. No answers and no help.
