Steps to Reproduce:
1. Enter a world
2.Walk around
3.Observe chunk loading speed
Observed Results:
Chunks loading slowly.
Expected Results:
Chunks would load properly.

I also have this issue. It hasn't been fixed ever since 1.16.210.55 to 1.17.10.20.

My CPU usage reaches 80-100% when loading worlds,settings,inventory,etc.
