I am experiencing the -9 account error code with my daughter's profile on the Nintendo Switch. Her profile is the only one out of four that is getting this error.
>We're on Switch firmware v10.0.4 >Minecraft software v1.14.60, using a digital download of the game (no cartridge) >None of the accounts use Microsoft/Xbox accounts to login, we are playing strictly through Nintendo Switch profiles (we are not using Realms or any kind of online play) >My daughter's [under 13] Switch account was added to my husband's user account and his account is not getting the error when he logs into Minecraft >The error occurs with the Switch's Parental Controls on or off
This has been happening for several months and we are hoping to find a solution soon.
