The unlimited framerate on bedrock is essentially 60 FPS on console, so just changing to 60 FPS should work until the bug is fixed.

I've seen it too. It's really just a visual bug and shouldn't affect gameplay, but easily fixable if Microsoft will actually do something.

You can change your DNS settings for you internet in the console settings in some way (look it up, I can't remember). No guarantee it'll work, though.

I hate to say it, but this is one of the only situations in which saying that the Switch version is not the worst is at least acceptable. It still sucks, but not like this.
