On PS5 version of Minecraft Preview, the framerate is no longer capped at 60fps when set to unlimited, causing screen tearing. Even capping the framerate at 60fps though fancy/simple graphics options still causes the same issue of screen tearing.

Hi!
Thank you for your report!
However, this issue has been temporarily closed as Awaiting Response.
Is this issue still present on the latest version of the game?
The video shows nothing unusual, how much refresh rate does your display have?

Yes it is still present as of 1.21.110.26, my display is a 144hz display, but the gameplay seems to not support higher refresh rates? So I seems to do higher refresh rates but hard-locked at 60.
Seems worse when the fps is at a higher frame rate as is more prevalent in the main menu (as seen in the preview provided)
[media]Hi, I'm having the same issue. I can confirm that changing the framerate doesn't work; as a matter of fact, it makes it even worse. See the video I have linked to see just how bad it is (I have a 60hz screen and I set the frame cap to 60 FPS)

The unlimited framerate on bedrock is essentially 60 FPS on console, so just changing to 60 FPS should work until the bug is fixed.
