I know that powering stops it from wilting. But it only works, when the plant is one block high. If you place another one on top of it or bone meal it to get a two-block high plant, powering doesn't stop it from wilting anymore. Any drip leaf plant, that is higher than one block, ingores the root block being powered and still wilts. I guess I have to make a video to make it more clear.

Your title is not very self-explanatory. Change it to something like "Wind charge has incorrect launch height"

Also, I'm pretty sure that it is randomized and that 11 blocks is the absolute maximum

Why didn't it change for me until 1.20.71? I've looked into the changelog for 1.20.71 and it didn't say anything about it. That's why I was so confused
