There was literally no other forum on the Internet that solved this. Just figured it out for me, it was because I uninstalled Window's Xbox apps. Try downloading the Xbox app with its dependencies (Game Bar, Console Companion, and Identity Provider)
I think it had to do with me transferring to a Microsoft account
