Can you tell me why they have said this is resolved, when it 9bviously isn't. I got an email saying issue resolved, and I look on hereby all the ones that say resolved...I thought 8f something was resolved..then it meant they had fixed it, not just read the comment. I have 7 worlds all paid for that I cannot access after playing each only once. So that money is down the drain then?
