This isn't resolved, I don't know why you updated that
I have also switched from spigot to Vanilla, yet nothing has changed.
My game is only modified due to Optifine (This wouldn't even be an issue anyways because my launcher has nothing to do with my server). And no my version is not outdated, my server is literally running version 1.16.1.
My initial Nether spawn is in a warped forest biome, though going through the other nether biomes that are around me, I have yet to find anything other than endermen.
I used to have an area with 4-6 Piglins that I would trade with, and a different area in a basalt delta biome where I would grind magma cream. Nothing has spawned since I last left the nether.
It is set to true and has been since the beginning of my server. I've tried setting it to false and back to true, but it does nothing.
I can assure you this bug is still present in 1.16.2.
I was trying to breed two different types of tamed cats on my server and it didn't work. I then thought it was the server's fault because I've had similar problems with my server, so I completely switched my world to single player, yet the bug is still very apparent.
