it does appear that there are new parts to this glitch such as the shading and slow transitions to no textures, but it may just be because of Mojang slowly changing the rendering

this has been happening for a few updates now (1.21.3-1.21.6) now, it usually happens when loading a different dimension or when connecting to a new server

I mean there is a fix by just making a resource pack and datapack to “patch” into java
will be fixed in future hopefully
