I am in the USA and realms are still not accessible by Nintendo, app, or playstation. additionally on the Nintendo and app we can not access friends multiplayer worlds. 

Realms continue to load endlessly, and when I try to access anyone else's worlds it loads forever and then ends up giving me the error saying "there was a problem connecting to the world. Please try again. if this error continues check your internet connection or try restarting Minecraft." the problem with this being that when I reload my Minecraft it takes even longer to log me into my Minecraft account. I know this is not a problem with internet connection because the playstation that is connected to the same internet, while realms do not load here either, the playstation is able to connect to others multiplayer worlds. The problem only happens when we try to use the iPad version or Nintendo version.

Also same. Have Nintendo version and can no longer access realms as well as I can not log on to a friends multi player world
