I understand, but as I said if it mostly happen when I set the amplifier really high, sometimes it happen also with low or no amplifier at all ( like "/effect Xeimai minecraft:levitation 10 0" for example ). But only with commands, not with the Shulker's Bullet effect.

Excuse me to insist, but I don't understand why you said that this issue is a duplicate.
~~MC 10755~~ seems to be a normal effect of mining fatigue 5, but I don't think my problem is a normal behaviour of the levitation effect.
Check out the attatched video and you should see why I don't think it's normal... or at least explain me why you thought it's a duplicate.
