I have had this issue for the past 6 months. My xbox continually crashes. The game is unplayable. Having been a minecraft console player for over 10 years, I'm incredibly unhappy that this hasn't been addressed. Even if they posted on their social media accounts that there was an outage, then I would be happy. It seems no one is acknowledging the fault. Just keep getting fobbed off.
