Endless problems for months who do we contact about not paying for the time we have not been able to use what we have paid for.
This is 3+ months we have paid for and only received half the service we are paying for. I understand this is a big. But we will need at least half price wile this issue continues. Please don't make us take this issue further. It is obvious that this issue is larger than the numbers voting for it as hundreds of duplicates have be made. Please at least update us.
