I had this happen to me yesterday on the Xbox One. Nothing like your gear scattered about and in trees while losing many levels.

I just experienced this on Xbox One. My gear was scattered in roughly a twenty block radius with much of my gear in trees. Would like to not lose all of my levels again. My seed number is -1557895361

Basically, I login to the you just died screen, then when I hit okay I'm at the starting point with my level at 6 and my gear scattered about, not all though.
