Hello 

This is being a little frustrating. It's been more than half a year since the Mob Vote, I have tried to reach out to mojang support twice and both times they refused to help me saying they can do nothing about it

In another cases like this, the Mojang dev teams told users to reach mojang support, but as you can see this dint help. And regarding this case, there haven't been any feedback from the developer or a "we are working on this" message.  
Please I will really appreciate if you could help me with this

Hey! Is there any update about this issue? It's been more that half a year now and I still don't have the cherry blossom cape. I entered de mob vote server.

I have the cape in bedrock but not in java

I haven't received my cape, either. I have voted in the bedrock server
