they are spawning on leaves for me in 1.14. I must add that it is not a common occurrence. For me its maybe 1 out of every hundred spawns

That is very frustrating but I don't think this is the correct medium to resolve this issue. Your best bet is contacting Mojang AB through http://www.minecraft.net or http://www.mojang.com

Nice mossy stone bricks. Yes there are many texture issues, and whats worse is that the texture pack I was using to correct those issues is now broken as well.
I would love to help fix these issues but idk what I can do.
