I purchased / downloaded the minecraft app to my ipad on November 5, 2019. Everytime I try to open the app I get the mojang screen, then it goes white, then is closes. The order ID MVQM4LVHDW
I have contacted apple to get a refund and have also contacted my credit card company to dispute the charge. I am unable to find ANY information on updates or fixes. I do not want to the product/app since it will not work.

That is very frustrating but I don't think this is the correct medium to resolve this issue. Your best bet is contacting Mojang AB through http://www.minecraft.net or http://www.mojang.com
