What fixed it with me is I rolled back then re-updated my Intel(R) HD Graphics Family under Display Adapters in Device Manager. At least the error only happens for me after the game crashes when trying to exit out of full screen mode using the F11 key or ALT+TAB off the screen (less frequently though). I'm not going to test and see if the error will continue to happen by using the keys since it causes the entire display driver to stop functioning and gives me a BSOD. If it helps I think java can corrupt the .DLL files the display adapter especially if the game crashes or closes unexpectedly.
