I have the same issue. Xbox One. Bedrock edition. Attempting command /testforblock 378 171 68 chest -1 {Items:[{id:"minecraft:sapling"}]}
I get:Syntax error: Unexpected "{": at "68 chest -1 >>{<<["
This happens in both command blocks and the console
