I have finally seemed to have fixed the problem with the Input lag. If you want to know what I did, keep reading.
First press Win + R (Win - Windows Key on your keyboard)
Then copy and paste the text below into the "Run" box. %localappdata%\Packages\Microsoft.MinecraftUWP_8wekyb3d8bbwe\LocalState\games\com.mojang\minecraftpe
Press "OK" and navigate to the options.txt file.
Press CTRL + F and type "gfx_max_framerate" and change the 0 to your monitor's refresh rate or Hz. (If you do not know your monitor's refresh rate, go to this website UFO Test: Refresh Rate (testufo.com)" After changing this setting, Press CTRL + F once again and type "gfx_vsync" and change the 1 to 0. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Navigate to your NVIDIA Control Panel by right-clicking onto your Desktop and pressing NVIDIA Control Panel. After doing so, Navigate to "Manage 3D settings" then click "Program Settings" at the top. Then, click on the dropdown menu underneath the text "1. Select a program to customize:".
After that, click on the program "Minecraft (Minecraft for Windows 10)".
Scroll down until you see "Max Frame Rate" set this to on and change the value to your refresh rate. Scroll down once again until you see Verticle Sync and set this to off.
After following all these steps, restart your game and hopefully this fixed the issue everyone was having.
