This seems to be a working work around.

Following @Skiguros suggestions resolve the issue.

Step 1 Open AMD radeon settings which you can find in your desktop by right clicking
Step 2 Go in the tab "Gaming.
Step 3 Pick minecraft or add it .

@MisterSanderson I dont see how zombies would be able to differntiate between 1 sack of meat and another sack of meat. Also zombie wolves <3
